Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when shipping information is entered during checkout. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Transit times for the selected delivery method do not include order processing time.
2. Inventory Levels, Back Orders and Pre-order Items
Inventory Levels: Our Site offers products based on inventory available across our warehouses. An item may be shipped from another warehouse location. We will contact you within 1-2 business days if an unavailable item requires a substitution.
Back Orders: Most products available for online purchase will be in stock. However, fluctuations in online sales and warehouse inventories may affect availability. If an order contains a back-ordered product, the order will not ship until the product is available unless the customer requests a partial shipment. Replenishment times vary.
Please contact info@shopsemitruckseats.com before placing an order if you would like to confirm availability at the nearest warehouse. The entire order will be charged at the time of purchase.
Pre-order Items: Products identified as pre-order items are not currently in stock. Pre-order items are charged at checkout. If an order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete unless the customer requests a partial shipment.
3. Duties and Taxes
Canadian Orders: Orders shipped to a Canadian address will ship from a Canadian warehouse and are subject to applicable provincial and federal sales taxes.
U.S. Orders: Orders shipped to a U.S. address will ship from a U.S. warehouse if stock is available, or from the Acheson, Alberta warehouse. If shipped from Canada, the recipient is responsible for duties, taxes and/or tariff surcharges.
International Orders: Orders shipped outside Canada and the U.S. will ship from the Acheson, Alberta warehouse. The recipient is responsible for duties, taxes and/or tariff surcharges.
